OUR SERVICES
Bloom was established by Michael Yifrah in 2020 and has successfully advised on transactions valued approx. $3bn. Previously, Michael was a senior investment banker at Citibank Israel, leading high-profile M&A and capital raising transactions and advising prominent Israeli companies and entrepreneurs. Prior to that, worked with Robert W. Baird & Co., a global middle market investment bank based in Chicago, IL, and served as the personal assistant to the former Director General of the Israeli Ministry of Finance. Among other community endeavors, Michael is Chairman of the 'Yaale & Yifrah' Foundation. He holds MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and MA in Finance & Economics and BA in Accounting & Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Michael is a Samuel Zell & Robert H. Lurie scholar for entrepreneurial leadership.
